Horizen 24 nitrogen generator gets put through its paces at Gachon Medical University

What has been the key advantage of deploying Horizen 24 as opposed to your previous gas supply solution?

Compared to the Genius SQ 24, Horizen 24 has less noise and is easy to place in the lab.

Please describe Horizen 24's size in comparison with other gas supplies you have used. For example cylinders, bulk gas, or other generators.

We haven’t used cylinders and bulk gas, we previously used the Genius SQ 24. We have found Horizen 24 produces less noise and has a neater exterior.

Please describe what impact Horizen 24 has, or will have, on your lab's carbon footprint. Consider other forms of gas supply in your answer, for example, deliveries of cylinders and Horizen's energy consumption.

It is more convenient than regular gas cylinder delivery requests. Additionally, this helps reduce our carbon emissions by using the PEAK Generator.

Have you ever had a site visit from a PEAK engineer in relation to any of your generators, if so, could you describe your experience of this support?

We have had a visit from an engineer and they were kind and had a professional work attitude. The quick feedback, accurate issue diagnosis, and resolution were great.

Definitely, yes. Even though the product is from overseas, we have been offered quick feedback and great quality.
